How the ATLOS pilot handles information

ATLOS stores account details, client organisation records, supplier contact details, RFQ messages and private documents so authorised client users can manage quotation work.

Access is limited by organisation. Suppliers reply by email and do not receive an ATLOS account. Document extraction, when separately enabled for the managed pilot, sends a private document to OCR.space and sends extracted text and RFQ context to OpenAI so ATLOS can check and compare quotation details. Missing, uncertain and contradictory information remains visible and authorised users can correct extracted values.

ATLOS does not use document extraction to choose a supplier. The service does not provide public document links or public account registration.

This page is operational pilot information, not a substitute for the client contract or a qualified data-protection notice. Those documents must be agreed before client information is enabled.
